Its more like a Bizarro Time Warp, where instead of you just taking an extra turn, you take an extra turn as your opponents evil twin and try to crash their gameplan into the ground, which is usually incredibly fun and rewards creative plays

When you get to take your time, its an indomitable threat that dominates the game and wins all by itself

The card continued to be a scare in 2010, but it failed to put up the same results, outside of some notable Gardevoir () and Gengar () placements at US Nationals (and the incredibly strange HoPe deck)
